Peter Perlman Law Offices, PSC was founded by Kentucky trial lawyer Peter Perlman.

For over 25 years, Peter Perlman Law Offices has represented individuals and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from motor vehicle collisions, product defects, and aviation and railroad collisions.

Mr. Perlman is a former president of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the current president of Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. He is one of only two active trial lawyers in Kentucky who is a member of the Inner Circle of Advocates, an organization of only 100 members -- all attorneys receiving eight or more million-dollar verdicts. He has been listed in the Best Lawyers of America since its inception in 1987.

Mr. Perlman has been inducted into the University of Kentucky College of Law "Hall of Fame." The Kentucky Academy of Trial Attorneys annually recognizes the outstanding trial lawyer in the state with the "Peter Perlman Outstanding Trial Lawyer Award."

Mr. Perlman has been a member of the Board of Trustees of the National Judicial College since 1997. The National Judicial College is the premier national institution devoted to judicial education for judges of all court levels and jurisdictions.

Mr. Perlman has also been a member of the Board of Directors of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers since 1994. This Academy was chartered in 1954, and the active membership is limited to 500 Fellows from the United States. In addition, the Academy includes Fellows from over 30 countries throughout the world. In general, the purpose of the Academy is to cultivate the science of jurisprudence; promote reforms in the law; facilitate the administration of justice; elevate the standards of integrity, honor and courtesy in the legal profession; and cherish the spirit of brotherhood among members.
